We are seeking a talented and motivated Aftersales Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across our global operations and, at times, communicate directly with end‑user customers. Depending on the situation, you’ll also engage with various departments within Watson‑Marlow Ltd. Above all, you’ll be a key contributor and team player within the Aftersales team.
To succeed in this role, you should be capable of independently managing a variety of tasks while contributing as a key member of the Aftersales team. Building strong working relationships across the company and wider group is essential. A commitment to delivering accurate and timely customer service is vital, along with a genuine interest in learning about our products to enhance the support you provide. Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office applications, e.g. Outlook, Word, and Excel, is required, and experience with PowerPoint is a plus. You will also be expected to become a skilled user of AX Dynamics and other specialised software used at WML.
