Motorcycle Aftersales Advisor

Guildford | Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm (45 hours per week)

Basic Salary : 28,829 OTE : 34,000

What You'll Be Doing
  • Handle parts enquiries from retail customers and workshop technicians ensuring accurate and timely support
  • Process orders, check availability and maintain stock accuracy
  • Offer advice on parts, accessories, lead times and pricing to support upselling opportunities
  • Keep customers informed throughout the parts and service process
  • Act as the primary point of contact for service customers ensuring a smooth and professional experience
  • Finalise service documentation and explain charges clearly at collection
  • Proactively resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Confident professional communicator in person, by phone and via email
  • Mechanical and electrical understanding of motorcycles with a genuine passion for bikes
  • Previous experience in a customer‑facing or parts‑related role preferred
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
