Job summary

A family-run automotive business in Livingston is seeking a Motorhome Aftersales Advisor to provide superb customer service within their busy department. The ideal candidate will possess experience as an Aftersales Advisor or similar, a full UK driving license, and confident upselling skills. You can expect a starting salary of up to £30,000, with an OTE of £32,000. This position allows you to grow within a dynamic environment while receiving full in-house training and flexibility during working hours.

Qualifications

• Previous working experience as an Aftersales Advisor, Service Advisor or Parts Advisor.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

• Advising Customers on any additional work and gaining authorisation.
• Sourcing and supplying parts and liaising with the workshop to chase work in progress.

Job description

Motorhome Aftersales Advisor required for Automotive family-run business in the Livingston area.

Our Client is seeking an Aftersales Advisor to work within their busy Aftersales department. The ideal Aftersales Advisor will have a flexible and can-do attitude and will offer fantastic customer service.

• Due to the nature of the role, you might be required to work additional hours in busier periods across the year.

Duties

Working as an Aftersales Advisor for our client, you can expect a basic salary of up to £30,000 with OTE of £32,000.
