The Role
  • Coordinate between customers, warranty providers, and repair agents efficiently and professionally.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding promptly to customer enquiries.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints with empathy and effectiveness.
  • Interpret customer concerns, keeping them updated throughout the process.
  • Provide clear advice and guidance to help customers resolve vehicle issues.
  • Ensure customer needs and expectations are fully understood and met.
About You
  • Have proven experience in a busy customer service role (motor trade experience desirable).
  • Possess excellent PC, telephone, and administration skills.
  • Be confident, personable, and able to build long-term customer relationships.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely, even when explaining complex information.
  • Be customer-focused, proactive, and solution-driven.
  • Show resilience, adaptability, and a willingness to learn from feedback.
  • Demonstrate strong technical awareness or understanding of vehicles (advantageous).
