The position offers term-time employment (39 weeks per year) with shifts from 3 PM to 7 PM, and the company provides pension contributions and paid leave.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in janitorial or cleaning services is desirable.
• Physical endurance for manual labor including lifting and transporting heavy items.
• Keen attention to detail with dedication to high-quality work.
• Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays during term time.
• Knowledge of cleaning agents and industry best practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and disinfect designated zones including restrooms, classrooms, offices, and shared areas.
• Dust surfaces, furniture, fixtures, and equipment regularly.
• Vacuum and mop flooring using proper methods and tools.
• Remove waste, recycle appropriately, and ensure proper disposal.
• Replenish cleaning materials and supplies as required.
• Notify management of maintenance concerns, safety risks, or equipment failures.
• Follow safety guidelines, health regulations, and established cleaning procedures.
• Maintain a professional, respectful demeanor in all interactions.
