Chartwells is recruiting a School Cleaner in Newcastle-under-Lyme for a part-time role (9.75 hours per week, afternoons, Monday to Friday). You'll help keep school spaces clean, safe and welcoming for students and staff.

You'll dust, sweep, mop, sanitize and restock supplies, with duties tailored to classrooms, corridors and communal areas. The position is subject to safeguarding checks and a DBS disclosure.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Enjoys hands-on, practical work.
• Cleaning experience is not essential.
• Flexible approach to working hours.

Responsabilités

• Keep spaces clean, safe and welcoming.
• Dust, sweep, polish, mop and vacuum designated areas.
• Sanitise surfaces, floors, windows and touchpoints.
• Perform spill clean-up quickly and efficiently.
• Empty bin waste and manage supplies.
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies.
