Royal Mail Group is seeking a Parcel Delivery Driver in Dover to join a team responsible for delivering parcels and handling routine customer interactions. You will prep your vehicle, plan routes using technology, and ensure timely deliveries in the assigned area.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, good customer service skills, and the ability to work Sundays and varied hours as part of a permanent, part-time contract.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
• Willingness to work Sundays/afternoons and independenty manage routes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare van and workload for the day.
• Use route-planning tools to optimise deliveries.
• Deliver parcels to customers across the assigned area.
• Handle and deliver election materials and other items as required.
