Job summary

Equans is recruiting a part-time Cleaner for a permanent role at Barnstaple Magistrates, County and Family Court, North Walk, Barnstaple EX31 1DY. The position is 15 hours per week with a salary of £12.90 per hour, Monday to Friday 14:45–17:45.

You will maintain the building to the highest hygiene and safety standards and must pass BPSS vetting and DBS clearance. The role offers benefits and various employee programs as part of Equans' commitment to its staff.

Qualifications

• Experience as a cleaner in a customer-focused environment.
• Current DBS (ideally no older than 12 months).
• Ability to acquire BPSS vetting.

Responsibilities

• Keep the building clean and tidy to the highest standard of hygiene, health and safety.
• Maintain a professional manner with staff and the general public.
• Coordinate with BPSS/ DBS clearance requirements as applicable.
