Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
• Strong ability to communicate clearly in English.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexibility in working hours may be required based on operational needs.
• DBS (enhanced) is a requirement

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with established standards, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
• Ensure that all areas are kept tidy and organised, including communal spaces, restrooms and kitchens.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working order and adequately stocked.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests and addressing any concerns professionally.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure a smooth workflow.
