Eriez Australia is looking for an enthusiastic and organised Aftermarket and Service Coordinator to support our expanding operations in Welshpool, Western Australia. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career with a trusted industry innovator while contributing to the success of aftermarket sales, service delivery, and customer support across the region.

Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries and coordinate aftermarket sales, service requests, spare parts, repairs, warranty, and field service activities
  • Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and bids while supporting the WA Sales Manager, Aftermarket Sales & Service Manager, and external sales teams to convert opportunities into orders
  • Process and manage all sales and service orders in SAGE, ensuring customer records, pricing, stock levels, and consignment stock are accurate and up to date
  • Liaise with Operations and internal teams to support timely delivery of spare parts, customer requirements, and project-related tasks
  • Conduct site visits, equipment assessments, and product performance audits as required to support customer needs and service delivery
  • Maintain CRM data, assist with debtor/creditor queries, and ensure efficient administrative support across the WA sales and service functions

  • Middle-level technical or administrative qualification as a minimum requirement
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar industry
  • Experience in working with the aftermarket product industry
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • The ability to work across multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAGE experience is an advantage)
  • Interest in industrial, mining, or engineering environments
  • A team‑first attitude and the ability to work under pressure
