What the Role Involves
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of five in a fast-moving aftermarket environment.
  • Own and execute the global aftermarket strategy, ensuring measurable results.
  • Manage international distributor relationships, conduct business reviews, and drive performance across all regions.
  • Ensure consistent brand representation, pricing alignment, and market positioning.
  • Identify growth opportunities, support underperforming markets, and coach distributors to success.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, logistics, and product teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Represent the brand at global events, distributor conferences, and trade shows.
