We have an exciting opportunity for an Aftermarket Engine Supply Planning Manager to join our Aftermarket Operations team in Derby. With an expanding Overhaul Base Network and a flying fleet that requires our continued support, we are growing our Planning & Control (P&C) team in Aftermarket Operations within Civil Aerospace. Investing in our people is critical to our future success in Aftermarket P&C. We are responsible for managing the end‑to‑end supply and demand processes across our global Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Network and ensuring that our engines return back to our customers on‑time, as efficiently as possible. As our customer demand continues to increase, it’s an exciting time to join a growing, high‑performing team, to enable Civil Aerospace Aftermarket Operations to deliver.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitating the aggregation of Sales, Inventory and Operational Planning activity for Aftermarket Operations, including the integration of demand for our value stream
  • Collaborating closely with our internal demand partners to ensure clarity of demand signal
  • Confirming capacity planning assumptions, including constraints, growth and improvement plans
  • Ensuring demand risks are understood and forecasting the levels of activity required as mitigation
  • Evaluating the impact of demand variation within the planning horizon to enable structured and robust decision making
  • Leading the creation and maintenance of Aftermarket Operations' long‑term supply forecasts
  • Supporting the inventory budgeting and management activity
Qualifications
  • Experience in a Planning & Control management or multiple deep specialist P&C roles
  • A collaborative approach that can successfully pull together multi‑functional teams across a large organisation and deliver results
  • An analytical approach that can quickly diagnose issues and propose appropriate recovery actions
  • Ability to work in an operational environment and deliver operational excellence
  • Be highly numerate, with the ability to distil data to provide concise management information and reporting
  • Experience of delivering performance through influencing
