Job summary

The Watches of Switzerland Group is seeking an Aftersales Consultant to ensure exceptional client experiences in our Aftersales Department. You will take in repairs, arrange parts, and help clients understand service warranties while coordinating with workshops to meet deadlines and quality standards.

We value highly organized, client-focused individuals who communicate clearly, learn quickly, and are passionate about luxury watches.

Our Aftersales Consultants are passionate about what they do! A team player with a keen eye for detail you will act as a guarantor of excellent ensuring our clients receive an exceptional experience in our Aftersales Department. Taking in repairs, ordering the required parts, and assisting clients in understanding their service warrantees you will be working closely with internal and external workshops to ensure Aftercare orders are completed in good time and to the expected levels of service.
