Newcastle City Council is seeking reliable individuals to join our Facility Services team as a Cleaner at St Albans RC Primary School in Newcastle upon Tyne. The role is part-time (11.25 hours per week) with a shift from 3:30pm to 5:45pm, Monday to Friday.

Full training is provided and no previous experience is necessary. Duties include cleaning corridors, classrooms, offices and toilets using required equipment, with regular lifting, bending and stooping.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided.
• Basic understanding of written and spoken English is needed due to chemical usage.

Responsibilities

• Clean designated areas such as corridors, classrooms, offices and toilet areas.
• Empty bins, mop and vacuum floors; maintain tidy spaces.
