Job summary

St James (Daisy Hill) CE Primary School is seeking an Out of School Club Playworker Level 2 for the Nursery Building to support before and after school clubs. The role is fixed-term 12 months with potential for permanency, 12.5 hours per week (3:20pm–5:50pm, Mon–Fri).

Candidates must hold a Level 2 Early Years qualification and be committed to safeguarding. Experience in playwork and a friendly, reliable approach are valued as you help provide safe, engaging activities for children in a caring

Qualifications

• Must hold a full and relevant Level 2 Early Years qualification.
• Hours may vary from week to week depending on needs and may lead to permanent hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist with high-quality before and after school childcare.
• Provide safe, engaging play opportunities for children attending the club.
