KOOSA Kids are now recruiting for our Fast Track Manager Training Programme for our term‑time‑only after school clubs at Birch Hill Primary School in Bracknell (RG12). Key Information

• Part‑time, term‑time only role (Monday to Friday, 3:00‑6:00pm). Permanently based.
• Further opportunities during school holidays or at our breakfast club if desired.
• Location: Birch Hill Primary School, Bracknell (RG12).
• Great rates of pay up to £14.50 per hour.
• Training included: Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding, Behaviour Management and more.
• Full training provided as you shadow experienced staff following a detailed programme covering:

Training Subjects

• KOOSA Kids and Ofsted policies and procedures
• EYFS
• Paediatric first aid training
• Staff management
• Activity delivery
• Behaviour management

Responsibilities

• Shadow experienced KOOSA Kids staff and learn on the job all the essential skills required to manage an After School Club.
• Assist with and learn how to manage day‑to‑day operations of an after school club.
• Ensure all activities are delivered to KOOSA Kids & Ofsted standards.
• Provide a safe & secure environment for the children in your care.
• Enable children to explore, grow and have FUN!

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience of leading a team within a holiday club, after school or breakfast club, another childcare setting or charitable organisation (e.g., scouting, brownies, theatre groups or equivalent).
• Keen interest in working with children and building leadership skills.
• Enhanced DBS disclosure – you will be required to complete.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Available to work Monday to Friday, between 3:00‑6:00pm on a permanent basis.
• Located in or near Bracknell and easily able to commute to our after school club every day.
