KOOSA Kids are now recruiting for our Fast Track Manager Training Programme for our term time-only after school club at Ashford Park Primary School in Ashford, Surrey.

Job Details
  • Hours: 3.00–6.00pm Monday to Friday. Permanent part‑time, term‑time only. Seasonal holiday and breakfast club opportunities may also be available.
  • Location: Ashford Park Primary School, Ashford, Surrey (TW15 3HN).
Responsibilities
  • Assist with and learn to manage day‑to‑day operations of an after‑school club.
  • Ensure all activities are delivered to KOOSA Kids & Ofsted standards.
  • Provide a safe & secure environment for the children in your care.
  • Enable children to explore, grow and have FUN!
Training & Development
  • Full training programme covering KOOSA Kids & Ofsted policies, EYFS, paediatric first aid, staff management, activity delivery, behaviour management, safeguarding children and customer service.
  • Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding, Behaviour Management and more.
  • Opportunity to progress towards a supervisory role and gain nationally recognised qualifications.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Previous experience leading a team within a holiday club, after‑school or breakfast club, childcare setting or charitable organisation (e.g. scouting, brownies, theatre groups).
  • Keen interest in working with children and building leadership skills.
  • Ability to actively and enthusiastically take part in and deliver programmed activities to children aged 4–11.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Availability Monday‑Friday, 3.00–6.00pm permanent.
  • Resides in or near Ashford, Surrey and can commute daily.
