Job summary

The ideal candidate has experience with primary-aged children, SEND support, and strong communication with staff and parents. Level 3 childcare and safeguarding training are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience working with primary-aged children and supporting pupils with SEND.
• Good communication with colleagues and parents.
• Level 3 qualification in childcare, playwork or early years.
• Paediatric First Aid training and Food Hygiene training or willingness to complete.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, safe and welcoming after-school activities.
• Lead the after-school team and support children in learning and play.
• Ensure safeguarding and positive behaviour during after-school sessions.
