A leading global gaming firm in Greater London is looking for an Affiliates Director to lead their affiliate program strategy. You will manage a substantial budget and team, ensuring compliance and operational excellence. Ideal candidates will have proven experience in performance marketing and strong commercial acumen. Were looking for a world-class Affiliates Director to drive the next phase of our growth. Youll own the strategy execution and double-digit-million-pound budget for our affiliate program across our largest markets and brands. You will lead a team of specialists, build deep partnerships with our top affiliates, oversee the ongoing affiliate platform migration and improve ways of working.
The role requires a balance of commercial acumen, analytical rigour and relationship-building alongside strong leadership to develop a high-performing team. Youll work cross-functionally with several teams e.g. Paid Media Strategy Analytics Product & Tech ensuring that affiliates remain a key growth engine for Entain while meeting the highest standards of compliance and operational excellence.
You will have the resources, data infrastructure and executive support to build a best-in-class operation.
