Job summary

AND Digital is seeking an Affiliate Python/Django Tech Lead for a 6-month contract in Leeds, offering up to £650 per day. In this role, you will stabilise and optimise the backend for user growth, lead the design of scalable cloud architecture, and embed best engineering practices. You will supervise a small team and work closely with the leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Python, AWS, and extensive experience in backend engineering within a startup environment.
