Job summary

Emma is hiring a Partnerships & Outreach specialist in London to drive B2B collaborations and affiliate growth. You will own outbound relationships, form new partnerships and scale Emma’s affiliate program.

You’ll work with marketing to map key stakeholders, track performance and report outcomes, with a fast-paced, high-performance team culture and a strong emphasis on ownership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of partnership/sales experience with outbound activity.
• Experience opening and maintaining relationships in new markets.
• Experience mapping key individuals within organisations for marketing.
• Outbounding and onboarding affiliates experience.
• Strong drive, initiative and ownership mindset.
• Solid understanding of digital data analytics.
• Willingness to thrive in a high-performance team culture.
• Interest in budgeting and business impact.

Responsibilities

• Be the outbound face of Emma creating partnerships across affiliates and B2B organisations.
• Scale Emma's affiliate program by forming direct partnerships with amazing organisations.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of partners and opportunities.
• Design promotional campaigns across partners with the ultimate goal of acquiring more customers.
• Lead Emma in the employee benefits space as a financial wellbeing app.
• Ensure proper tracking, analysis and reporting.
• Work with the broader marketing team to create aligned consumer communications across all channels to ensure consistent brand messages.
