Job description

Our client, a successful fashion brand for clothing and footwear, is recruiting for an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead and grow the affiliate programmes. Reporting directly into the Head of Marketing, the successful candidate will take ownership of UK and global affiliate marketing activity, building strong publisher relationships, driving incremental revenue at an efficient ROI, whilst ensuring campaigns are aligned with brand positioning and wider marketing objectives.

The role:
  • Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to support revenue growth and customer acquisition across the UK and international markets.
  • Manage affiliate budgets effectively ensuring a strong ROI.
  • Identify opportunities to expand into new territories, partners, and affiliate networks.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of affiliate programmes, including onboarding, campaign set‑up, offers, and approvals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate networks, publishers, influencers, and technology partners.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and commission structures to maximise ROI.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new areas of growth.
  • Track, analyse, and report on performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure affiliate activities deliver profitable growth, aligned with brand positioning and target ROI’s.
  • Present regular reports to senior stakeholders on channel performance against KPIs.
  • Work closely with wider digital marketing, e‑commerce, and merchandising teams to align affiliate activity with business priorities and seasonal campaigns.
  • Support brand marketing teams in leveraging affiliate partners for campaign launches, content collaborations, and promotional campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, with a proven track record of success in the fashion industry or a fast‑paced eCommerce brand.
  • Experience managing teams.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate networks, tracking technologies, and performance marketing principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate commercial agreements and manage partner relationships.
  • Experience working across territories including (but not limited to) UK, USA and Europe.
  • Expertise in affiliate marketing platforms (e.g., AWIN, Rakuten, Impact, CJ).
  • Strong analytical abilities with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and quickly adapt to changing priorities and challenges.
  • Exceptional organisational skills.
  • Challenge the status quo, innovative and open to try new tactics and strategies.
