A leading financial services company is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager in London or Norwich to lead their affiliate marketing strategy across protection products. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, particularly in regulated industries, and a strong commercial acumen. This role offers an annual salary of circa £65,000, a bonus opportunity, generous pension contributions, and a supportive working environment.

We’re looking for a commercially-minded and performance-driven Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our Paid Media team.
This role would suit someone with hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, particularly within financial services or other regulated industries. If you’re ready to take ownership and scale a high-impact programme and collaborate across marketing, compliance and digital marketing teams, this could be your next step.
This role exists to lead and evolve our affiliate marketing strategy across Aviva’s Protection products (Life Insurance, Critical Illness Cover, Income Protection). You’ll be part of the Digital Marketing and Paid Media team, working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver compliant, customer-centric campaigns. You’ll manage relationships with agencies, networks and publishers, oversee onboarding and performance reviews, and ensure all activity is fully compliant with FCA regulations and internal governance frameworks. Your ability to navigate complex compliance processes and deliver results in a regulated environment will be key to success in the role.
