Job description

Job Description
About us

DeMellier is a London-based brand that was founded with the vision of doing things differently: to design handbags that would make women feel empowered, made ethically and sustainably, while giving back to those who need it most. These principles guide everything we do. All our pieces are crafted ethically in Europe using the finest sustainably sourced materials. We champion equality, and for every piece sold, we fund vaccines and medical treatments aimed at saving the life of a child in need. So far, through our permanent charity initiative, ‘A Bag, A Life’, in partnership with SOS Children’s Villages, we have funded over 2.5 million vaccines. Join us and be part of an award-winning, purpose-driven brand that fosters creativity, collaboration, and meaningful impact within the luxury industry.

The Role

As DeMellier’s Affiliate Executive, you will support the day-to-day management and continued growth of the brand’s global affiliate channel, acting as a key point of contact for affiliate activity across the business. You will build strong relationships with publishers, affiliate networks and other business partners to drive commercial performance and strengthen brand visibility. Sitting within the PR & Influencer team, this is a hands-on, commercially focused role combining channel management, publisher development, reporting and analysis. Reporting to the Head of PR & Influencer, you will help execute the affiliate strategy, monitor and optimise performance, develop new publisher opportunities and support key trading moments across global markets. You will collaborate across PR & Influencer, Digital Marketing, E-commerce and Finance, using affiliate performance and industry insights to support wider marketing objectives and identify opportunities across editorial and influencer activity.

Job Requirements
  • 3 years' experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, digital marketing or e-commerce, ideally within the luxury, fashion or premium retail space.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data, identify trends and turn findings into clear actions.
  • Excellent attention to detail and confidence working with data, reporting and commercial information.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with confidence working with external publishers, affiliate networks and business partners.
  • Commercially minded and proactive, with an interest in identifying growth opportunities and improving performance.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets; experience with affiliate platforms such as Rakuten Advertising, Awin, LTK, ShopMy or similar is desirable.
  • Comfortable collaborating across PR & Influencer, Digital Marketing, E-commerce and Finance teams.
  • Curious and engaged with developments across affiliate marketing, digital commerce, editorial commerce and the creator economy.

  • Work closely with affiliate networks to ensure programmes are running effectively, including commission structures, tracking, publisher activity and programme updates.
  • Monitor the channel regularly to identify tracking irregularities, affiliate hijacking or other potential compliance issues, and work with relevant partners to resolve them.
  • Plan and execute affiliate activity for key trading moments, coordinating publisher participation, commission increases, paid placements and other commercial opportunities.
Publisher Growth & Development
  • Manage and optimise DeMellier’s existing publisher portfolio, identifying commercial opportunities to strengthen performance and drive continued growth.

  • Support affiliate P&L management, budget planning and forecasting, working closely with Finance and senior stakeholders to track spend, performance and channel profitability.
