No prior experience is needed, as comprehensive hands-on training, including Harley Street-level training, will be provided. What you’ll do:

• Offer a seamless check‑in experience and a warm farewell for departing guests
• Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring client comfort, satisfaction, and safety
• Advise clients on suitable treatments and products within the clinic
• Upsell by introducing clients to additional or advanced in‑house treatments
• Take ownership of each client’s treatment journey and progression
• Carry out thorough consultations for every treatment type
• Perform a range of skin treatments, including Microneedling, Skin Rejuvenation, and many others
• Maintain professionalism at all times in a fast‑paced clinic environment
