Job summary

Aesop in London is seeking a Retail Consultant to welcome customers and guide them to products that suit their needs. You will help create an inclusive shopping experience and contribute to the store’s commercial success.

The role is on-site, part-time at 24 hours per week, with opportunities for professional development and involvement in community initiatives and product training.

• Experience operating within a customer service role or environment.
• Effective selling skills and the ability to drive commercial outcomes.

In demonstrating products that address customer needs you will deliver an exceptional, inclusive customer experience that contributes to our overall commercial success.

What we are looking for

Experience operating within a customer service role or environment

This position is Part Time, 24 hours per week and operates an on-site working pattern. The successful candidate will have flexible availability.
