Job summary

Accrofab Ltd. in Derby is seeking a Semi-Skilled Sheet Metal Worker (Assembly & Riveting Technician) for an early shift.

The role involves assembly and riveting of sheet metal components, reading data cards, and setting up machines to required specifications. You will work to tight tolerances, use riveting equipment and measuring tools, and maintain 5S standards while contributing to continuous improvement and safe operations.

Qualifications

• :minimum 3 years' aerospace experience
• Reading data cards and drawings to set up and operate machinery
• Proficient riveting with required equipment and hand tools
• Able to read data cards and drawings to required level
• Maintain 5S housekeeping and safety compliance

Responsibilities

• Assemble and rivet sheet metal components per procedures.
• Read data cards and drawings for machine setup and operation.
• Set up machines with correct settings and tooling.
• Complete riveting to required output per job card instructions.
• Use riveters, measuring tools, and hand tools accurately.
