A leading aerospace manufacturer is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer - (Sheet Metal) to define and validate manufacturing processes. This role involves creating operating procedures and ensuring production consistency. Applicants should have a background in aerospace engineering and sheet metal manufacturing. Formación

• Experience of sheet metal manufacturing engineering in an Aerospace background.
• Manufacturing Engineering experience from leading edge environments.
• General aircraft knowledge and experience of civil A/C nacelle structures.

Responsabilidades

• Define and validate the sheet metal manufacturing process.
• Create and validate standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Coordinate activities necessary for production establishment.

Conocimientos

Sheet metal manufacturing engineering

Knowledge of Titanium, Aluminium, and Steel Aerospace materials

Proficiency in the MRPII process

Communication skills

Problem analysis

Educación

Engineering Degree with elements of mechanical, manufacturing, and materials/HND or equivalent experience
