Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment, Aerospace preferred.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring teams within a quality function.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100, AS13100, and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Quality Engineers and apprentices.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace and regulatory standards.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve quality issues.
• Champion continuous improvement activities.
• Monitor and report on key quality performance metrics.
