Job summary

Mydas Recruitment are sourcing a Quality Inspector for a multinational manufacturing organisation based in Northern Ireland. The role involves carrying out inspections, QA activities, and ensuring products meet design and regulatory standards.

You will create conformance certificates and raise non-conformances while supporting operators and working in rotating shifts. Applicants should have completed an apprenticeship with at least 2 years' post-apprenticeship experience in manufacturing or

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' post-apprenticeship experience in manufacturing/assembly or tooling.
• ONC or equivalent qualification is desirable.
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications with clear communication.
• Experience in aerospace quality requirements and QC procedures.

Responsibilities

• Carry out product inspections and Quality Control/Quality Assurance activities.
• Create certificate of conformance / raise non-conformance.
• Ensure product compliance with design, customer and regulatory requirements.
• Provide instruction and guidance to operators as needed.
• Work flexibly in groups and on shifts.
• Write technical reports on drawing/process/tooling anomalies for investigation and corrective action.
