Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Aerospace Quality Engineer to support right-first-time, compliant delivery in a complex aerospace manufacturing setting. The role acts as a practical quality authority on the shop floor to safeguard product safety, conformity and customer expectations.

You will work closely with Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Design and Supply Chain Quality to resolve issues, manage non-conformances and drive continuous improvement across the value stream.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality assurance across aerospace manufacturing or regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of quality management principles and corrective actions.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, specifications and quality records.

Responsibilities

• Assure product and process compliance with QMS and regulatory requirements.
• Provide hands-on quality support on the shop floor, including inspections and audits.
• Manage non-conformities, concessions, deviations with containment and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Production, Design, and Supply Chain to resolve issues and protect production flow.
• Support concession workflows with trackers and timely stakeholder follow-up.
• Contribute to continuous improvement using structured problem-solving methods.
