Job summary
TT Electronics is seeking a Quality Engineer to drive operational excellence in AS9100/AS9110 environments. You will manage concurrent cross‑functional investigations, own FAIRs, and lead transitions from manual to automated digital workflows.
The role requires a data‑driven mindset, proficiency in metrology and GD&T, and experience with ERP, Power BI and counterfeit prevention. You will contribute to supplier quality and continuous improvement programs.
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Quality or related field.
- Experience in aerospace manufacturing with AS9100/AS9110.
- Proven experience leading investigations and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple concurrent quality investigations across departments.
- Apply structured root cause methodologies (8D, 5WHY, Ishikawa).
- Coordinate rapid containment of quality issues.
- Own and validate FAIRs in line with AS9102 standards.
- Drive transition from manual to automated digital workflows.
- Use data analytics for real-time monitoring and predictive quality.
