Airbus Helicopters UK Ltd is seeking a Project Manager in Oxford to lead complex retrofit projects for UK MOD, National Police, and VIP customers. You will drive on-time, on-cost delivery with strong governance and stakeholder engagement across multiple workstreams.

The role requires current SC clearance, aviation background, and expertise in project controls. The position is on-site at Oxford airport with UK travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering engineering/aerospace projects.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and complex programmes.
• Knowledge of project controls, scheduling, risk & opportunities management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee OTOCOQ delivery of multiple projects and meet objectives for AHUK and customers.
• Manage project risks and opportunities to benefit the customisation team.
• Provide leadership and stakeholder management across multiple workstreams.
