Responsibilities

  • Technical Team Lead, responsible for primary technical interface with customers.
  • Point of contact for critical component suppliers and design subcontractors.
  • Technical support to Business Development for bids and proposals.
  • Reviewing product requirements and preparing Compliance Matrix.
  • Participation in definition of new inertial and GNSS products.
  • Prepare and status a fully resourced and costed project plan.
  • Generate high-level technical description documentation.

Skills

Proven project lead experience in aerospace and defense applications.
Engineering expertise in precision instrument design for various implementations.
Proficient with inertial sensors, IMUs, AHRS, Air Data Systems, and GPS/GNSS.
Strong understanding of avionics functionality, error drivers, and communication protocols.
Familiarity with environmental and EMC test standards (e.g., RTCA DO-160, MIL-STD-810).
Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with technical teams and obtaining UK security clearance.
