Job summary

Advanced Resource Managers is seeking a Project Accountant in Oxford to support financial integrity of offers, develop project plans, and manage budget forecasts. You will ensure accurate cost allocation, prepare EAC updates, and assist month-end closing for governance of project finances.

The role requires strong accountancy knowledge, multi-tasking ability and proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, in a fast-paced aerospace context.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Senior Management to validate financial integrity of offers.
• Develop work breakdown structures for project plans and schedules.
• Assist in operating plans and forecast updates to the budget; report deviations.
• Ensure accurate finance data; correct cost allocation and hours bookings.
• Prepare Group contract reviews and monthly EAC updates; book labour/sub-contract costs.
• Support month-end closing for financial reporting and correct accounting.
