Qualifications

Experience managing around USD100M in direct spend with a proven track record of ~5% cost savings.
Managed 50–100 suppliers across multiple countries.
Responsibilities
Lead the procurement organization for Singapore and Malaysia operations.
Drive procurement KPI performance aligned with business objectives.
Develop sourcing strategies that deliver competitive advantage.
Lead Global Purchase Family or Regional Commodity sourcing activities.
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers.
Oversee procurement of materials and services.
Analyze market conditions and pricing trends.
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Operations.
Prepare and review bid packages.
