Job summary

AMETEK Airtechnology seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead development programmes, focusing on NPI, product redesign, and technology development. You will collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain and Business Development to move projects from concept to production, while managing IPTs and P&L across the programme lifecycle.

The role emphasizes strong leadership of people, customer‑facing communication, and a track record in regulated or high‑integrity environments.

Qualifications

Proven experience managing development projects in regulated/high‑integrity environments.
Strong understanding of scope, schedule, cost, risk, and resource planning.
Experience leading cross‑functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing
Excellent customer-facing communication skills
Ability to identify AI use cases and evaluate AI-generated outputs

Responsibilities

Act as primary customer contact for development programmes with regular updates.
Lead NPI and engineering development projects from concept to production handover.
Maintain integrated project plans across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and QA.
Manage schedules using structured PM methodologies and software.
Drive cross‑functional collaboration across Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Business Development.
Provide regular reporting on programme performance, finances, risks, mitigation plans, and strategic opportunities.
