Parker Aerospace, part of Parker Hannifin, is seeking a Metrologist in Coventry to support manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams with expert dimensional measurement and metrology process control.

You will interpret GD&T, develop and validate CMM programs, and ensure calibration, traceability, and compliance with aerospace standards. A Degree and aerospace/engineering experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree required and relevant aerospace/engineering experience.
• Experience with GD&T, dimensional inspection, and metrology processes.
• Proficient in manual and automated metrology equipment including CMMs and gauging.

Responsabilités

• Ensure accuracy, traceability and integrity of inspection results and records.
• Interpret and apply GD&T, drawings, specs and standards.
• Create/validate CMM programmes and ensure they meet product requirements.
• Maintain calibration of measurement equipment and standards.
• Support continuous improvement in metrology processes and measurement capability.
