Omega is seeking a Mechanical Technician (Aerospace) in the Surrey/West Sussex area for a permanent role. You will assist in precision assembly, repair, overhaul and testing of aircraft mechanical systems, tackling daily technical challenges with hands-on work.

Qualifications

• Experience in aerospace or MRO environments preferred.
• Must demonstrate precision in mechanical assembly, repair or overhaul.
• Desirable knowledge of engines, gearboxes and transmission systems.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble aircraft mechanical assemblies to assess condition and serviceability.
• Perform precision mechanical repairs and reassembly.
• Support activities to maximize component recovery and production efficiency.
