Job summary

ARM seeks an experienced Product Delivery Manager with a strong Mechanical Systems engineering background to support delivery on a complex aerospace & defence programme. The role focuses on Digital Engineering initiatives, coordinating across suppliers and stakeholders to deliver mechanical capabilities in a safety-critical environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience within Aerospace or Defence engineering programmes.
• Strong Mechanical Systems engineering background.
• Experience with Digital Engineering, Digital Thread, and Model-Based Engineering (MBE).
• Knowledge of 3D CAD/MBD environments, kinematics, multibody dynamics, actuation systems, GD&T, and tolerance analysis.
• Understanding of Reliability & Maintainability engineering principles.
• Proven experience managing delivery across multiple suppliers and stakeholders.
• Active SC clearance is essential.
• Desirable: SAFe Agile experience or certification; ARP4754A/ARP4761/DO-160; Digital Twin and co-simulation.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery on a complex aerospace & defence programme with emphasis on Digital Engineering.
• Coordinate across multiple suppliers and stakeholders to deliver mechanical capabilities.
• Apply Model-Based Engineering practices, GD&T and tolerance analysis to ensure safety-critical performance.
• Ensure reliability and Maintainability principles are embedded in delivery.
• Maintain oversight of end-to-end delivery timelines and integration activities.
