Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in precision sheet metal fabrication and fine-limit engineering.
  • Strong understanding of sheet metal processes, fabrication methods and assembly techniques.
  • Proven experience working in the aerospace or defence sector.
  • Skilled in hand-forming techniques and shaping complex geometries.
  • Experience working with exotic metals including titanium and Inconel.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out bending, cutting, pressing, riveting, marking out, measuring, and assembly.
  • Set and operate machinery including fly press and brake press.
  • Work to aerospace quality standards and ensure components meet specifications.
  • Assist in the integration of fabricated components with machined parts.
