Job summary

A leading compliance management firm in Derby is seeking a Compliance Manager to oversee regulatory adherence for the Rolls-Royce account. The successful candidate will manage compliance across facilities, lead a team, and ensure regulatory compliance in health and safety. Applicants should have extensive experience in compliance management, preferably in facilities management or aerospace, and hold a NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer communication skills both written and verbal.
• Proven track record for managing contractors and subcontractors preferably in Hard FM.
• Hold relevant professional, technical, or management qualifications.
• Experience working in Compliance in either Facilities Management or Aerospace industry.
• Full UK driving licence with 25-30% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee health & safety and environmental compliance across facilities.
• Direct line management of the central administration and compliance team.
• Conduct compliance risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage internal and external audits.
• Create and implement compliance policies and procedures.
