Enterprise Recruitment Limited seeks an Electronics Engineer to design complex, multi-layer PCBs for aerospace, focusing on PCIe and Ethernet for high-speed embedded systems.

Hybrid role with 3 days in Stevenage, flexible hours, salary from £45,000 to £60,000 plus bonus and benefits.

You’ll own hardware development through the lifecycle, including schematic capture, PCB layout decisions, and verification from design to field deployment.

Qualifications

• Commercial electronics or hardware engineering experience.
• Experience in digital board-level design.

Responsibilities

• Own electronic hardware throughout the development lifecycle, including schematic capture and PCB layout decisions, ensuring signal integrity and board reliability.
• Hands-on lab work: board bring-up, debugging, verification and qualification testing across analogue, digital and power electronics.
• Collaborate with firmware, mechanical and manufacturing teams; contribute to design reviews and production support from concept to manufacture and field deployment.
