Leonardo UK Helicopter division is seeking Aerospace Electrical & Avionics Engineering graduates for a two-year programme. You will rotate across engineering departments, build technical knowledge, and develop soft skills while working closely with subject-matter experts on real-world aviation projects.

You’ll receive a competitive starting salary with a £1,000 welcome bonus and potential exit bonus on completion, plus housing support where eligible.

There will also be an Engineering specific induction to ensure that scheme requirements and expectations are fully established. In conjunction with the Engineering Management Team and the Early Careers Team, you will have the opportunity to input into the design of your training scheme to include placements which give an insight into the complete Helicopter Product Life Cycle.
