Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Product Delivery Manager for Digital Engineering Capabilities to lead the delivery and continuous improvement of digital engineering tools and environments used in aircraft concept design, master geometry, and aerodynamics. You will define roadmaps and backlogs, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure data continuity across the Digital Thread.

Role requires aerospace/defence domain experience, strong SBake/Agile delivery knowledge, and ability to coordinate

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
Experience delivering digital engineering capabilities, toolchains, and lifecycle environments.
Experience within the Aerospace and/or Defence industry, with regulatory and assurance frameworks.
Strong knowledge of Digital Engineering, Model-Based Engineering, and Digital Thread principles.
Experience with digital environments supporting concept design, 3D CAD, master geometry, aerodynamics, and configuration management.
Proven experience managing complex delivery with multiple partners, suppliers, and distributed teams.
Strong project, programme, or service management experience; ITIL/APM/PRINCE2 advantageous.
Experience with SAFe or Agile delivery methodologies.
Understanding of digital thread, digital continuity, and model-based workflows.
Experience managing suppliers and system integrators for CAD, aerodynamic analysis, and configuration management platforms.
Familiarity with advanced simulation environments and multidisciplinary engineering tool integration.
Experience delivering digital transformation and business change within engineering organisations.

Responsibilities

Own delivery and continuous improvement of digital capabilities supporting engineering concepts and configurations.
Lead deployment, optimisation, and lifecycle management of 3D CAD, aerodynamic analysis, and configuration management environments.
Develop product roadmaps, delivery plans, and prioritised backlogs aligned with programme objectives.
Support development of baselines, methodologies, and work instructions for digital engineering solutions.
Ensure integration with the Digital Thread for data continuity across domains and systems.
Capture and consolidate requirements from engineering teams and stakeholders.
Drive adoption of new digital tools and processes through training and stakeholder engagement.
Establish data models, naming conventions, and access controls.
Coordinate delivery across internal teams, suppliers, and system integrators.
Monitor service performance, risks, and dependencies across environments.
Lead incident resolution and continuous service improvement.
Support technology evaluations and tool selection.
Manage vendor relationships and licences for cost-effective compliant solutions.
Drive innovation in automation and model-based workflows.
