As a key member of our team you will work with colleagues and partners to build and deliver solutions for our clients that enable them to increase their defence outputs, drive efficiency and utilise the latest enabling digital technologies.In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to both client and personal growth by engaging in activities including:Developing new client solutions by working across Capgemini to bring together a unique combination of tech enabled, people centred and output centric solutions.Building a unique outcome based commercial approach that enables Capgemini to deliver major programmes linked to the business outcomes achieved.Working with colleagues across Capgemini to generate new business in a partner centric way. Including building consortiums and partnering with other complimentary organisations to bid for major global defence programmes.Operating as a delivery lead on major defence programmes, including building business cases, designing transformation programmes and rolling up your sleeves to see changes through to front-line implementation.Developing both yourself, your team and your clients to continually improve and push the boundaries of what is possible.
