Job summary

A leading testing and certification company in the UK is seeking a Divisional Commercial Excellence Manager to enhance commercial performance. This role involves analyzing sales data, driving the adoption of CRM and Power BI systems, and collaborating with sales teams to meet strategic goals. Candidates should possess strong analytical and sales support experience with a focus on communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to analyse and interpret commercial data.
  • Proven experience in sales support or sales.
  • Experience with Power BI is desirable, but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Provide data, insights, and reports to the Divisional Sales Director.
  • Partner with the Business Unit Commercial Excellence Manager.
  • Work with sales teams to drive adoption of systems.
  • Monitor campaigns and analyse performance.
  • Lead onboarding for new commercial team members.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies.
