The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Edgecam, Alphacam, and a solid understanding of aerospace standards. Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer.
• Proficiency in Edgecam and/or Alphacam.
• Experience with multi-axis CNC machines, including mill-turn.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T and 3D CAD models.
• Knowledge of NADCAP and strong understanding of machining aluminium and other materials.
• Familiarity with tight tolerances and complex geometries typical of aerospace components.

Responsibilities

• Create and optimize CNC programs for 3, 4, and 5-axis machining.
• Develop machining strategies focusing on cycle time and surface finish.
• Ensure CNC processes comply with AS9100, ISO 9001 standards.
• Collaborate with teams to improve manufacturability.
• Provide technical support to CNC operators.
