Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in health and social care management or equivalent is essential.
• Experience working with patients who have liver disease and Hepatitis C.
• Ability to document care assessments and progress.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate test results for patients diagnosed with Hepatitis B, C or HIV.
• Deliver fibroscanning clinics at Bournemouth and Poole sites.
• Advocate for patients and engage with those having complex needs.
