We are seeking an experienced Advisory Teacher to join a Virtual School to support the educational progress of children in care and previously looked after children. You will work closely with schools, social workers, carers and senior leaders to identify barriers to learning, implement targeted strategies and ensure every child receives high quality educational support and guidance.
The role involves delivering high quality training, supporting Designated Teachers, overseeing Personal Education Plans, contributing to school improvement, and providing intensive casework for a designated cohort. You will play a key role in promoting achievement, attendance and wellbeing through effective intervention, relationship building and evidence based practice.
